The Perro Ratonero Andaluz is a dog breed that originated in Spain. It is theorized that dogs of this breed may have been created by crossing old British Terrier-types with the Raterillo, which is a local breed that is a relative of the Miniature Podenco Andaluz. Due to the rarity of the breed, not much is known about its history. They are, however, agile dogs that were used for killing vermin.

The Perro Ratonero Andaluz has a height that ranges from 12 to 13 inches and a weight that falls between 11 and 13 pounds. Dogs of this breed are small, with a short, smooth coat. These dogs have dark-coloured eyes and a black nose. Their ears are usually left naturally. These dogs are tricoloured; they have a white body and a black and tan head.

The life span of these dogs is approximately 10 to 12 years. Owners of these dogs need to make sure that the dog is brushed occasionally to get rid of loose and dead hairs. Bathing these dogs should be done only when necessary.
