History Because of the prick ears and long hair around the ears its called a Papillon which means Butterfly.
Appearance Broadish head, with pointed muzzle and prick ears. Quite fine boned leg. Long tail.
Colours White with any other colour.

Weight Male and females are same weight and height range. 20 to 28 cm in height. 4 - 4,5 Kg in weight.

Problems An alround healthy breed. If anything, it may be prone to suffering from dislocating kneecap.
Living Conditions Can be at home anywhere, from town apartment to the countryside. There main priority is to be in the company of there owner.

Requirements Can get by on just just one basic short walk a day, but of course would enjoy more frequent or longer walks or extra playtime.
Training Requirements Considered one of the easiest toy breeds to obedience train.
Life Expectancy 14 years
Grooming There fine silky coat needs a quick daily brush, particularly where its long around the years.
