General Breed Information

A cross between the Schipperke and the Poodle, the Schipper-Poo is not a purebred dog. These are small to medium sized dogs with soft smooth to wavt coats, typically black in colour. The Schipper-Poo will often inherit the pointed ears of the Schipperke.

The Schipperke is also known as "little black fox", the "Tasmanian black devil", or the "little black devil" becuase of its mischievous, independent, headstrong temperament so you can never be too sure how much of these characteristics will find their way into a Schipper-Poo.
