General Breed Information
Pugappos, also known as Pugoodle, are a cross between the Pug and the Poodle and so the are not a purebred dog. The Pugapoos coat comes in a variety of colors including white, black, gray and brown and is curly, medium to long in length with more hair around the face and on the legs.
Pugapoos make great family pets being affectionate and happy dogs. They enjoy interacting with humans and other dogs but may be quite vocal and will almost definitely bark at visitors to the home.
Pugapoos require moderate exercise to maintain their physical and mental health, they do not need a garden or yard being content to play indoors but like all dogs they should be allowed to walk and run outside whenever possible, ideally at least once a day.
Pugapoos will typically weigh between 9 and 18 pounds when fully grown and are between 6 to 14 inches high.
There are no known health conditions associated with the Pugapoo and if looked after properly they can live between 10 and 15 years.
