General Breed Information

The Poogle is a cross between the Beagle and the Poodle so they are not a purebred dog. Poogles are recognised by the The Designer Breed Registry and the The International Designer Canine Registry. Poogles coats can be either long, straight and thin or if the Poodle genes dominate the coat can be thicker and curly and require more grooming. Poogles are low to no shedders making them suitable for some people who may be allergic to other dogs.

Poogles are lively and excitable dogs and will benefit from plenty of outdoor activity and exercise. They are affectionate animals, good with children and make good family pets.

Typically Poogles will weigh between 15 and 20 pounds when fully grown are there are no known health problems with this breed.
