General Breed Information

The poochin is a cross between the Japanese Chin and the Poodle and is therefore not a purebred dog. Poochins are quiet, friendly dogs, excellent with children they make great family pets. Poochins are happy both indoors and outside and do not require quite as much exercise as some livelier breeds.

Poochins are low to no shedders making them suitable for some people who may be allergic to other dogs.Poochins are generally healthy and have no known genetic health issues. On average Poochins can live from 9 to 11 years of age.
