History The smallest of the poodle breeds.
Appearance
Colours All one colour, black, white, cream, brown, grey, apricot, and blue.

Weight Under 28 cm in height. Between 6.5 - 7.5Kg in weight. Male and females are same weight and height range.
Common Health
Problems Can possibly inherit kneecap dislocation, Legg-Perthes disease, eye problems and possibly epilepsy. Bitches can suffer incontinence caused by a malformed ureter.
Living Conditions Toy Poodles are ideally suited for city and apartment life. They will also enjoy life in the country.
Exercise
Requirements They need just a standard daily walk. Not as much as the larger poodle breeds.
Training Requirements They are intelligent dogs and do well at learning obedience training.
Life Expectancy 14-15 years.
Grooming The curly coat needs daily grooming to prevent matting. They coat needs clipping every 8 weeks or so, or it will just continue growing.
