First up is the Australian Silky Terrier a small slightly built terrier breed. In some countries its is just known as a Silky Terrier.

Next to be added was the Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog, a breed which is not recognised by The Kennel Club. It was only recognised as a breed by the Australian National Kennel Council in 1988.

Added Two Australian Dog Breeds

New breeds today were the Australian Cattle Dog, which is sometimes referred to as the Queensland Heeler, Blue Heeler or Australian Heeler. I'm pretty sure I've seen this breed featured a couple of times on the Dog Whisperer.

It's an active herding breed, not really suited as a companion pet.
