2 Bassets and a Beauceron

Added 3 new dog breeds today as follows:

Basset Bleu De Gascogne
Basset Fauve De Bretagne
Beauceron

As of yet I have no pictures of these 3 particular breeds, so if you read this and have any please send them in with permission to use.
